We have put Jean through the ringer and she has always popped out in an accomodating and most professional manner.
We thought we had a beginner's knowledge of websites but that turned out to be just enough knowledge to be cumbersome.
Jean has worked through having to deal with each of us (me and wife Ramsay) and has done so at inconvenient times to her with a cheerful demeanor,... at what we consider to be very reasonable fees. "Do what you do well and allow others to do what they do well" certainly applies here.
Jean is a Godsend.
