Jean and I have never even gotten together to discuss my website. The design and maintenance have been done entirely by phone or e-mail, as we live 450 miles apart. Yet her suggestions, ideas and end product could not be better. My own contributions could be more thorough and timely, but Jean is always there when I need her and responds immediately to any communication I send her, especially when I have a problem figuring out what I need to do next.
